Design Service (top)

With over 20 years of experience, our extensive design range will suit all budgets and tastes.

We regularly attend training courses to keep up to date with the latest technology so that we can confidently offer the best air conditioning solutions.

We are an accredited installer for Daikin air conditioning and have been awarded the D1 partner recognition by Daikin.

We offer other products for example Mitsubishi and Fujitsu; which cater for a wide range of applications. We also supply alternative equipment at the request of our customers.

We can work from drawings and/or carry out site surveys. We then calculate the cooling/heating requirement using our software package and then select the required quantities of units for the best possible air distribution within the office/area.

We also offer budget price quotations via fax or email for customers in a hurry.

Service / Maintenance (top)

Our Service Department carries out repairs to all commercial air conditioning systems. We charge either at non-contract rates for customers without a maintenance contract or we can quote for a maintenance agreement and then any additional call outs will be charged at our contract rates, which gives a 15% saving.  

We specialise in Planned Preventative Maintenance combined with Condition Monitoring. This allows us to review and tailor the amount and type of maintenance visits you need, per annum.  This style of maintenance delivers real cost savings on the combination of annual visits/untimely breakdowns and your energy bills!

Generally during each planned maintenance visit we clean the filters, treat the coils with an active bactericide, brush the condensers, check for refrigerant leaks, check the operation of each system and complete a maintenance check sheet.   We issue an annual Health & Safety method statement and risk assessment prior to the maintenance visit.

Out of Hours (top)

Most of our installations and service work is carried out during normal working hours however we have many customers, especially retail customers, that require a degree of flexibility.

We endeavour to work around our customers as much as possible and work with the minimum of fuss or disruption.

24/7 Telephone Support (top)

In addition to flexibility with installation and service work we offer a 24/7-telephone support service to our customers. We believe that this gives our customers the peace of mind knowing that concept is always on hand to offer advice about their air conditioning systems.
